These Terms of service will be subject to change, and edit with notice through registered emails so please make sure to stay up to date with the T.O.S before purchasing any services. By commissioning me you have read and will abide by these terms.

The following will result in immediate termination of commission, Refusal of a commission and/or permanent blacklisting.
*Rude, abusive, or toxic behaviors (racism , homophobia, pedophilia, zoophilia, hate speech, etc) will result in denial of all services and/or complete ban from future commissions.

                                                         Original Works
This policy is guaranteed that each custom piece I make is original and unique. I will never make replicas or reproductions of any custom buyers characters or other creations.
Only Broken or Destroyed works for the same person who originally made the purchase.

When commissioning me , it is important that you must know that I work a full time job separate from my art in order to sustain myself, my craft is not my main source of income or my primary job yet. I try to complete each piece in a timely manner as possible but this is not always the case. If a work-in-progress update is not shared within 2-6 months after being paid for, the client may request a refund.
However if a refund is requested all work done until that point will be considered forfeit and will not be posted. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

                                  Artworks Commissions

All drawn art commissions are currently digital PNG. file only and will be sent through Email (if too big of a file) or Discord as PNG. file.

Payment is received through paypal with tax once client approves of the rough sketch of which can be edited before the approval of the sketch.

Please make sure before commissioning me that you have the following:
A reference picture of your original character, Color swatches and description of what you want me to draw, if you do not have a description of how you want your character to be drawn and you want it to be based off of my own imagination to what your character is doing, please say so when contacting me. 

All completed commissions can not be edited or changed after a 5 day completion period without being subjected  to an editing fee to finished art pieces. Prices are Subject to change.

                                                       
                                                    *NSFW Artworks*

All clients 18+ of age must provide proof of identification before commissioning NSFW art pieces from me, I will refuse commission if client denies proof of age . If the identification is proven false they will be banned from getting any types of commissions from that point on. 
All characters must be buyers original characters, I will NOT draw any art pieces of (Pedophilic, zoophilic, etc)  anyone requesting these types of commissions will be banned from any commissions.
